From an early age, Gregoire has been deeply passionate about Information Technology (IT). With a background in Computer and Software Engineering, he specializes in web and mobile application development, but his enthusiasm for IT extends far beyond these fields. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience across diverse industries, including private law firms and international organizations such as the Organization of American States (OAS).

In addition to his career in software development, Gregoire is a successful entrepreneur. Among his ventures is the establishment of Sonadisa S.A., a former Internet Service Provider in Haiti. Currently, he is the founder and owner of Dtech Development Inc., a software and application development company based in New Orleans.

Proudly rooted in his Haitian heritage, Gregoire comes from a family with deep generational ties to the country. His family has long been committed to preserving Haiti’s history and cultural heritage. Alongside his mother, he actively works toward the development and betterment of Haiti.

Through Institut SYANSKILTI, Gregoire found an avenue to empower his community by promoting access to scientific knowledge and fostering awareness of world history. Combining his expertise in technology and his dedication to community development, he now serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ISK, driving initiatives that bridge innovation and social impact.
